Terms of Service

Welcome to FanBoards. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FanBoards website and services ("Service"). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The service

FanBoards lets you design and order a custom printed board featuring a photo and personal message. You upload a photo, personalize your design, preview exactly how it'll print, and place an order. We then print and ship your board.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you choose.

Your photos and content

• You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload.
• You grant FanBoards a limited license to use, reproduce, adapt (for example, background removal and resizing), and print your content solely to fulfill your order and provide the Service.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use each photo you upload, and that you have the right and any necessary consent — including for any minor pictured — to have it printed on a board.
• You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates anyone's rights.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown at checkout and are in U.S. dollars. We may update pricing at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. You preview your finished board before you order, so you always see exactly what will print. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

Changes and cancellations

Because production begins automatically, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually make edits up until your order enters production, but we can't guarantee changes once printing has started.

Shipping

We print and ship your board as quickly as we can. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. For team events, boards may ship directly to the host venue. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier receives the order.

Satisfaction guarantee & returns

We stand behind every board. Because each board is custom made, we generally can't accept returns for change of mind. If your board arrives damaged or isn't what you designed and previewed, contact us and we'll make it right — a reprint or another fair resolution.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Printed colors may vary slightly from your on-screen preview due to differences in displays and printing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanBoards will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
